The cadastral map of Italy
Lince shows on a map the parcels of the land registry kept by the Agenzia delle Entrate (the Italian Revenue Agency): more than 86 million, each with its boundary, sheet and number. Every Italian municipality is covered except those of South Tyrol, which use a land book kept by the Province of Bolzano; in Trentino the parcels come from the Province of Trento. It is free to use and asks for no account and no SPID.
Click a parcel to read its area, seismic zone, landslide and flood hazard (ISPRA), the official OMI price ranges for the area and, where the municipality publishes its plan as vector data, the zoning. The same map shows the court auctions currently open, updated every morning.
Where to start:
- The municipality pages: for each one the list of map sheets, the seismic zone, OMI prices and auctions.
- Find a parcel from an address.
- The boundaries of a plot of land from where it is.
- The guides: how to read the cadastral map, how to find sheet and parcel.
- The visura catastale, the official record with the registered owners, without SPID.
- Court auctions, by region and province.
