In short
Type street, house number and municipality. We look up the point in the national archive of house numbers and ask the cadastral map of the Agenzia delle Entrate (Italian Revenue Agency) which parcel it belongs to. In a few seconds you have the sheet, parcel and area, with the map extract around it.

When the house number falls outside
The point of a house number is the entrance, and the entrance is often on the boundary: it can fall on the road, on the pavement or on the neighbour's parcel. If the number that comes back does not look right, open the map and click the land or the building: the panel shows the sheet and parcel of that point.
What the two numbers are
The sheet (foglio) is the drawing into which the cadastre has divided the municipality, the parcel (particella) is the piece of land inside that drawing. Together they identify a piece of land or a building anywhere in Italy, and they are the data every application asks for. How to read them is in the guide What is a cadastral parcel.
What we do not give you
The registered owner is in the cadastral record (visura catastale): we request it for you, €4.90. Here you find where the parcel is, how large it is and what shape it has.
