What you are buying
Taxes if the debtor is not a business selling with VAT (the notice of sale says so), for a sale at the reserve price. The €100 are the mortgage and cadastral taxes. Outside foreclosures the taxes are counted on the price: the Revenue Agency has not said whether the cadastral value applies here. First-home relief must be requested before the transfer. The buyer is also liable for unpaid condominium fees of the current and previous year (art. 63 disp. att. c.c.), and the valuation report lists them.
