In short
The attestazione di rendita certifies in official form the cadastral income (rendita catastale) of a property: the same figure shown on the visura, with the value of a certificate. It costs money, and is only needed when an office asks for it in writing.

- €30 per certificate, at the counter.
- Counts as an official document.
- Only needed if someone has asked for it in writing.
How to get it · not from us
You request it from the Agenzia, but the cadastral record is almost always enough

Alternatively
The cadastral income is on the cadastral record
The attestation certifies a number that is already on the cadastral record, €4.90 from us. You only need it when someone asks you in writing for a certificate.
