What you are buying
Taxes for a sale at the reserve price. They depend on who the debtor is, which the notice of sale and the valuation report state. From a business the sale is with or without VAT, and the 4% is due either way; if the notice says VAT, 22% is added, which a buyer with a VAT number pays through the reverse charge. From a person the €100 are the mortgage and cadastral taxes, and first-home relief and the cadastral value do not apply to a property that is not a home.
