Purchase taxes
Taxes if the debtor is not a business selling with VAT (the notice of sale says so), for a sale at the reserve price. The €100 are the mortgage and cadastral taxes. Outside foreclosures the taxes are counted on the price: the Revenue Agency has not said whether the cadastral value applies here. First-home relief must be requested before the transfer.
