Purchase taxes
Taxes if the debtor is not a business selling with VAT (the notice of sale says so), for a sale at the reserve price. The €100 are the mortgage and cadastral taxes. First-home relief and the cadastral value must be requested before the transfer decree. The buyer is also liable for unpaid condominium fees of the current and previous year (art. 63 disp. att. c.c.), and the valuation report lists them. Documents and bidding

Mortgages, attachments and registered deeds are in the property registers, not in the cadastre: you check them with a mortgage search (ispezione ipotecaria); if you need a document with evidential value there is the mortgage certificate (certificato ipotecario).
