You cannot do it on other people's data
People often search for “visura CRIF” to check someone before signing. Credit data is personal data and access is reserved to the person concerned: services that offer to look it up on third parties promise something that cannot be done.
Quand vous n’en avez pas besoin
- You want to check who is selling you a houseNot from here. What can lawfully be looked at is on the property (the mortgage search) and on the company (the visura camerale).
- You want to know whether a tenant will payNo register says so, and nobody can query their credit position in their place. They can request their own data and show it to you.
- You have been refused a mortgage loanThis is the case where it is really needed, and it is free: you request your own data, see what is recorded and have what is wrong corrected.
How to ask for a correction
If a report is wrong, you dispute it with the lender that made it and, in parallel, with the operator of the system. Retention periods are set by the code of conduct: a position closed regularly disappears by itself, and a wrong report must be removed on request, not waited out.
Comment l'obtenir · sans nous
You request it from whoever holds the data, and only about yourself

Gratuit, sur la carte
On other people's data, nothing
No register says whether a person will pay. What can be checked before buying is on the property and on the company selling it, and it starts from the map.
