They are two different questions and are often confused. If you are buying a house, what you need to know is what weighs on that house: the search on the property says so, and all the entries concerning it are there, including those arising against the owner. The visura pregiudizievoli looks at a person across the whole of Italy, and is needed when the other party is what you want to assess, not the property.

- There is a company on the other sideBefore this one you need the visura camerale: status, signing powers and insolvency proceedings say more, and cost less.
