These are reserve prices, not prices paid: an appraiser's estimate, already reduced after sales with no bidders. Only lots where every parcel was found; a procedure counts once.

The latest sales with a recorded price in L'Aquila:

• 6 October 2026: Garage o autorimessa, reserve €46,201, sold for €35,000 (24% below the reserve)
• 16 September 2026: Appartamento, reserve €43,253, sold for €32,500 (25% below the reserve)
• 31 July 2026: Fabbricato in corso di costruzione, reserve €37,418, sold for €28,063 (25% below the reserve)

In L'Aquila the record counts 161 completed sale attempts between 2017 and 2026: 25 ended in a sale, the other 136 had no bidders; at sale, the median discount achieved on the reserve price is 24% (21 cases).
