How do you take part in a court auction in Sicilia?

How far does the price drop if the auction draws no bids?
In Sicilia about 50 sales in 100 end without bids. When that happens, the judge can set a new sale attempt at a lower price. It is not a fixed rule and it is not automatic: the actual reduction, attempt by attempt, is recorded in the price history of each lot.
Can I see the property before bidding?
