How do you take part in a court auction in Toscana?

How far does the price drop if the auction draws no bids?
In Toscana about 39 sales in 100 end without bids. When that happens, the judge can set a new sale attempt at a lower price. It is not a fixed rule and it is not automatic: the actual reduction, attempt by attempt, is recorded in the price history of each lot.
Can I see the home before bidding?
Yes. You ask the custodian named in the notice for a viewing, and the attached expert report usually contains photos, measurements and the cadastral references. For land we show the sheet and parcel on the map, so you can see the boundaries before you travel.
